A QR code per table

A QR code per table to call the waiter or ask for the bill, a floor-manager screen with a timer per request, and live ratings that reach you before they become bad Google reviews.
Your cafe POS knows what a guest ordered and paid. It doesn't know how many minutes they waited for a waiter, that a table sat for fifteen minutes without anyone checking, or that a guest left unhappy and won't return. Those small moments build or break a cafe's reputation — especially with Google reviews and social media.
Nazzem's cafe software is an experience and operations layer on top of your existing POS. Every table has a QR code to call the waiter, request the bill or view the menu, and requests appear instantly on the floor manager's screen with a timer. If a response is late, a supervisor is alerted; after the visit the guest rates the experience, and low ratings reach management immediately — before they become a bad Google review.
The goal isn't decorative tech. It answers two questions every cafe owner cares about: where is my team slow, and why don't some guests come back?
Problems anyone who has run a cafe floor at peak time will recognize.
At rush hour a guest raises a hand once, twice, then gives up. Wait time isn't measured, so management doesn't even know the size of the problem.
A table left without follow-up for a long time means a lost sale and a guest who feels ignored.
Unhappy guests don't complain inside — they post a Google review after leaving, when it's too late to fix.
Who responds fastest and who is always late? Without numbers, evaluation is guesswork and fairness suffers.
Bill requests take too long, tables stay occupied, and new guests wait at the door or leave.
Each feature maps to a specific moment in the guest's journey.
Guests scan to call a waiter, request the bill or open the menu — no app, no waiting to be noticed.
All table requests appear live with table number and wait timer, so the manager knows where to send the team.
Average response time per shift and per waiter, comparing peak hours with the rest of the day.
When a request exceeds the target time, the supervisor is alerted before the guest gets frustrated.
Spot tables nobody has checked on for a while and suggest a visit or an add-on offer.
Guests rate their visit; low ratings go straight to management with a suggested recovery action, and happy guests can be invited to review on Google.
No need to change your point-of-sale. Nazzem adds the experience and measurement layer and can read invoices from the POS.

The software runs alongside your existing POS; e-invoicing stays with your POS or the certified provider in your country.
Cafes issue e-receipts through a POS connected to the Egyptian Tax Authority system. Nazzem doesn't change that — it adds the service and feedback layer on top.
As e-invoicing waves reach smaller businesses (Wave 25: SAR 187,500 threshold, 1 February 2027 deadline), your Fatoora-compliant POS remains the invoice source and we read its data for table analytics.
E-invoicing is mandatory from 1 January 2027 above AED 50 million revenue and from 1 July 2027 for others. Nazzem works on top of whichever compliant POS you choose.
No VAT is in force yet; the software runs in Qatari riyals with an Arabic and English guest experience.
Kuwait has no VAT or mandatory e-invoicing in force yet. The software runs in Kuwaiti dinars and issues organized invoices and receipts, and we add any e-invoicing integration as soon as official requirements are published.
The difference isn't only how guests call a waiter — it's measurement and improvement.

A 30-table cafe fills up on Thursday and Friday evenings. If the average wait for the bill is 8 minutes instead of 3, each table stays occupied 5 extra minutes with no sale. Across peak hours that adds up to several new tables the cafe couldn't seat.
When guests request the bill by QR and the manager sees it with a timer, that time drops and table turnover rises without adding staff.
