Unified lead inbox
WhatsApp, calls and website forms in one screen with the source of each lead and the person responsible for replying.
- Lead source (ad, WhatsApp, website)
- Alerts for unanswered leads
- Full customer history
Collect moving requests from ads and WhatsApp in one inbox, send a quote in minutes, schedule crews and trucks without clashes, and track deposits and payments for every move.
Moving companies pay for Google and social ads and receive lots of messages and calls. But many of those leads are lost: a customer not answered quickly, a quote that came too late, or a date written on paper and forgotten.
Nazzem's moving company software puts every request in one inbox, turns surveys into written quotes sent on WhatsApp, books the crew and truck in the calendar, and records the deposit and remaining balance until the job is closed.
At any time, the owner knows how many leads each ad campaign brought, how many became real moves, and which crew performs best.
Problems that repeat for local and intercity movers.
Lots of WhatsApp messages and calls with no follow-up, so customers go with whoever replies first.
Customers wait too long for a price, or get a number without details and choose someone else.
The same crew or truck double-booked, or one overloaded day followed by an empty one.
Deposits by transfer and balances in cash with no clear record per job.
Disagreements about damaged items with no photos before the move or customer sign-off.
Paying for ads without knowing which campaign produces real moves.
Designed around the full journey of a move, from the first message to the customer's rating.
WhatsApp, calls and website forms in one screen with the source of each lead and the person responsible for replying.
Record on-site or photo surveys: rooms and items, floors and elevator, distance, and dismantling or packing needs.
Turn the survey into a written quote with services, amount and deposit, sent on WhatsApp for approval.
A calendar for every crew and truck with clash prevention and jobs assigned by area and size.
Detailed tasks per job with the carpenter or technician in charge and completion tracking.
Photos of items before and after the move plus customer sign-off at delivery to protect the business.
Record deposit, balance and payment method per job and reconcile supervisor cash at day end.
Leads per source, conversion to jobs and average job value per campaign.
Suited to furniture movers and dismantling, assembly and storage services.
Many daily jobs that need precise scheduling.
Bigger jobs with quotes, distances and trip planning.
Specialist crews with detailed tasks per item.
Large jobs with timelines and special requirements.
Track stored items, duration and rent.
The software runs in Arabic and English and in your currency, and where needed we connect it to a certified e-invoicing provider in your country so invoices are issued compliantly.
ZATCA is bringing businesses into Phase 2 e-invoicing (Fatoora integration) in waves; Wave 25 lowered the threshold to SAR 187,500 with an integration deadline of 1 February 2027. We connect to a compliant solution so tax invoices with QR codes are issued from the system.
Consumer sales fall under the Egyptian Tax Authority's e-receipt system and B2B sales under its e-invoice system. We connect to an approved channel or provider so receipts and invoices are issued where the transaction is recorded.
E-invoicing is mandatory from 1 January 2027 for businesses above AED 50 million in revenue and from 1 July 2027 for the rest, through an accredited service provider (ASP). We structure invoice data so it connects easily to the provider you choose.
Qatar has no VAT in force yet; a draft e-invoicing law was approved in 2026 without a final timeline. The software runs in Qatari riyals and e-invoicing can be added once requirements are published.
Kuwait has no VAT or mandatory e-invoicing in force yet. The software runs in Kuwaiti dinars and issues organized invoices and receipts, and we add any e-invoicing integration as soon as official requirements are published.
The real difference shows in reply speed, clear pricing and no lost jobs.

A customer looking for movers usually messages three or four companies at once and often picks whoever replies first with a clear price. If you get 100 ad messages a week and a quarter wait too long for a reply, you may lose a large share of jobs to competitors.
With every lead in one place, alerts for unanswered ones, and a survey template that becomes a quote in minutes, more leads turn into real moves.
