By using this website or requesting our services you agree to the following terms.
1. Our services
Nazzem builds, sets up, trains on, supports and develops business management systems for businesses in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the UAE, Qatar and Kuwait.
2. Quotes and contracts
Information on this website is not a binding offer. Scope, timeline, price and payment terms are set in a written quote that becomes binding once both parties approve it.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate data, use the system in line with local laws, and obtain their customers' consent before messaging them on WhatsApp.
4. E-invoicing and tax
Where needed we connect the system to a certified e-invoicing provider in each country, such as solutions compliant with ZATCA's Fatoora platform in Saudi Arabia and the systems approved by the Egyptian Tax Authority. Clients remain responsible for their tax data and compliance.
5. Ownership
Client data belongs to the client. Software, designs and components remain Nazzem's property unless otherwise agreed in writing for custom systems.
6. Availability and support
We take due care to keep systems running and fix issues promptly; support levels and response times are set in the agreed quote.
7. Limitation of liability
Nazzem is not liable for indirect damages or those caused by misuse or third-party outages; liability is in all cases limited to the fees paid for the relevant period.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; updates take effect when published on this page.
