Clash-free bookings, automatic WhatsApp reminders before each appointment, a POS for services and packages, and accurate staff commissions at month end.
Salon revenue depends on two things: chairs that stay busy all day, and clients who come back on time. Yet most salons run bookings on WhatsApp and memory, which means double bookings, no-shows and empty chairs at times that could have been filled.
Nazzem's salon software brings bookings, POS, staff and clients into one system: a booking page where clients choose service, stylist and time, automatic reminders before the appointment, a POS for services and products, and automatic staff commissions.
It suits men's barbershops, women's beauty centers and spas, and kids' salons, and can run multiple branches from one dashboard.
Problems every salon owner knows — all of them hit daily revenue directly.
The same stylist booked for two clients at once, or a client waiting because the appointment was never logged.
Clients forget their appointment, the chair stays empty and the time can't be resold.
Calculating each stylist's commission by hand at month end causes mistakes and friction in the team.
Sales show as a total, and you can't see which service or stylist brings in the most.
Dyes and care products run out mid-day or are used without being recorded.
A client who came every two weeks has disappeared, and gets no reminder or offer.
Everything a salon needs to fill the schedule, bring clients back and settle the team clearly.

The software runs in Arabic and English and in your currency, and where needed we connect it to a certified e-invoicing provider in your country so invoices are issued compliantly.
ZATCA is bringing businesses into Phase 2 e-invoicing (Fatoora integration) in waves; Wave 25 lowered the threshold to SAR 187,500 with an integration deadline of 1 February 2027. We connect to a compliant solution so tax invoices with QR codes are issued from the system.
Consumer sales fall under the Egyptian Tax Authority's e-receipt system and B2B sales under its e-invoice system. We connect to an approved channel or provider so receipts and invoices are issued where the transaction is recorded.
E-invoicing is mandatory from 1 January 2027 for businesses above AED 50 million in revenue and from 1 July 2027 for the rest, through an accredited service provider (ASP). We structure invoice data so it connects easily to the provider you choose.
Qatar has no VAT in force yet; a draft e-invoicing law was approved in 2026 without a final timeline. The software runs in Qatari riyals and e-invoicing can be added once requirements are published.
Kuwait has no VAT or mandatory e-invoicing in force yet. The software runs in Kuwaiti dinars and issues organized invoices and receipts, and we add any e-invoicing integration as soon as official requirements are published.
The difference isn't only booking — it's POS, commissions and clients in one place.

A 4-chair salon has two clients a day skip their appointment without notice. At an average of SAR 80 per service, that's SAR 160 a day of time that can't be resold — more than SAR 4,000 a month.
An automatic reminder with confirm and cancel buttons reduces no-shows and lets you offer a cancelled slot to another client instead of leaving the chair empty.
