Carpet cleaning software guide

Why does a carpet cleaning business need its own software?

A carpet cleaner is not a regular laundry. Carpets are collected from customers' homes, measured in square meters, priced by type, go through washing and drying that can take days, and are then delivered and laid back in place. Every step is a chance for mistakes: a carpet mixed up with another, a measurement dispute, or cash left with a driver.

Nazzem's carpet cleaning software brings that journey into one system: pickup requests, driver scheduling, measuring and pricing, a number or barcode per item, wash and drying stages, then delivery, fitting and payment — with automatic WhatsApp messages to the customer at every step.

It suits a single carpet cleaner as well as a central hub that receives carpets from partner laundries and needs to know where each piece came from and what each partner is owed.

Carpet cleaning problems this software solves

The issues that repeat most in carpet and blanket cleaning — especially in the busy seasons before Ramadan and Eid.

Carpets mixed up or lost

Dozens of similar pieces in the yard and no clear number linking each carpet to its owner lead to wrong deliveries and complaints.

Measurement and price disputes

Customers dispute the square meters or the price after washing, and there's no record of intake measurements or photos.

Disorganized pickups and deliveries

Appointments slip or are forgotten, drivers zigzag between distant areas, and customers keep calling to ask when the driver will arrive.

Cash left with drivers

Payment happens on delivery and the owner doesn't know exactly what each driver collected and handed in.

Drying backlog in peak season

Orders double before Ramadan and Eid, and the team can't see what is ready for delivery and what is still drying.

Customers who forget you next season

Last year's customers get no reminder, so they call another cleaner.

Carpet cleaning software features in detail

Built around how carpet cleaners actually work, from the first call to laying the carpet back in the customer's home.

Home pickup requests

Take pickup requests by phone, WhatsApp or website, set the address and time, and confirm automatically to the customer.

  • Address on the map
  • WhatsApp confirmation
  • Full order history per customer

Measuring & pricing by type

Enter length and width, get the area automatically, and price by type (standard, wool, silk, blanket, wall-to-wall) plus extras like stain removal or fragrance.

A barcode or number per piece

Every carpet gets a label linking it to the customer and order, so it can be tracked through every stage and never mixed up.

Condition photos at intake

Photograph each carpet at pickup and note existing stains or damage to protect the business in any later dispute.

Wash & drying stages

A board showing how many pieces are in pickup, washing, drying, packing and ready for delivery, with alerts for delayed items.

Driver & truck scheduling

Assign pickups and deliveries by area and time, with a simple mobile web page where each driver sees today's runs.

Collections & driver cash

Record the amount collected on each delivery under the driver's name and reconcile with the till at day end.

Partner & wholesale management

For central hubs: log carpets received from each partner laundry, calculate what each partner is owed, and share statements.

Seasonal reminders

Messages before Ramadan and Eid to previous customers with a link to book a pickup.

Carpet cleaning software for Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the UAE, Qatar and Kuwait

The software runs in Arabic and English and in your currency, and where needed we connect it to a certified e-invoicing provider in your country so invoices are issued compliantly.

Saudi Arabia

ZATCA is bringing businesses into Phase 2 e-invoicing (Fatoora integration) in waves; Wave 25 lowered the threshold to SAR 187,500 with an integration deadline of 1 February 2027. We connect to a compliant solution so tax invoices with QR codes are issued from the system.

Egypt

Consumer sales fall under the Egyptian Tax Authority's e-receipt system and B2B sales under its e-invoice system. We connect to an approved channel or provider so receipts and invoices are issued where the transaction is recorded.

UAE

E-invoicing is mandatory from 1 January 2027 for businesses above AED 50 million in revenue and from 1 July 2027 for the rest, through an accredited service provider (ASP). We structure invoice data so it connects easily to the provider you choose.

Qatar

Qatar has no VAT in force yet; a draft e-invoicing law was approved in 2026 without a final timeline. The software runs in Qatari riyals and e-invoicing can be added once requirements are published.

Kuwait

Kuwait has no VAT or mandatory e-invoicing in force yet. The software runs in Kuwaiti dinars and issues organized invoices and receipts, and we add any e-invoicing integration as soon as official requirements are published.

Example: what does one lost carpet cost?

A medium wool carpet can be worth thousands of riyals, and compensating for a single lost or mixed-up piece can wipe out a full week of profit — not to mention the damage to your reputation in the neighborhood.

A number or barcode on every piece from the moment of pickup, plus a condition photo, makes that mistake almost impossible and settles any dispute in minutes.

Figures are illustrative and vary by carpet type and city.
