1. Data we collect on this website

When you submit the quote form we collect what you provide: name, business name, WhatsApp number, email (optional), country, city, industry, number of branches and a description of your needs.

We do not collect payment card data on this website.

2. Purposes

We use your data only to contact you about your request, prepare a quote and deliver the agreed service. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

3. Legal basis and consent

We process form data based on your explicit consent given by ticking the consent box. You can withdraw it at any time by contacting us.

4. Cookies and analytics

Analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) load only after you accept in the cookie banner. If you decline, the site works normally without them.

Your choice is stored in your browser only.

5. Our clients' data inside the systems

Data our clients enter into the systems we provide belongs to the business owner. We process it on their behalf and only under their instructions; they can request a copy or deletion at any time.

WhatsApp messages sent by the system are delivered through WhatsApp Business under its policies and with the business owner's approval.

6. Sharing

We may use technical providers (hosting, WhatsApp Business, automation tools, e-invoicing providers) to deliver the service, and require them to protect the data and use it for no other purpose.

7. Retention and security

We keep quote request data as long as needed to follow up, then delete or anonymize it. We use encrypted connections, limited access and backups.

8. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data and withdraw consent, under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law, Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law and the applicable laws in the UAE, Qatar and Kuwait.
